How can I download all the activity of my hotel?

Clerk is flexible and wants you to use all your data anytime. That is why you can always download the database of the activities your hotel had, has and will have in Clerk.

  1. Being in your Clerk account, go to “Reservations
  2. On the right side of the top of the page you will find “Download all your reservations and hotel activity
  3. By clicking there, a file will be downloaded to your computer desk in a .cvs format that you can open in any spreadsheet editor like MS Excel™ or Google Docs™.

*** Know that on a Frozen status you have 60 days to download all your information (reservations, clients and services).
